Throughout the 17 years of my professional career as a figure skater, I have observed fellow athletes go through career-ending injuries.

While my interest initially was in helping athletes learn about injury prevention and management, working at a busy physical therapy office for five years has shifted my passion towards helping everyone, regardless of their athletic background.

Treatment session process

Evaluation

Regardless of the complaint or injury, each treatment will begin with a brief evaluation: movement analysis to determine potential compensation patterns, questions regarding injury history, sleep, nutrition, etc.

Once the evaluation is done I start with the manual treatment to address muscle tightness, trigger points, increase range of motion, and reduce pain.

recommendations

At the end of the session I give suggestions of basic movement correction exercises. You’ll receive the list of videos that are recommended.

Session cost – $250.00 per hour
